Terms of Service

These terms describe the responsibilities that apply when accessing and using Preplyr.

Last updated September 4, 2026

Using Preplyr

Preplyr is a customer-reply drafting service for businesses. You are responsible for the organizations, inboxes, Knowledge, and customer communications you connect or provide, and for ensuring you have authority to use them.

Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use Preplyr only for organizations you are authorized to represent. Organization owners and authorized members are responsible for managing workspace access.

Prepared replies

Preplyr prepares drafts using available conversation context, Knowledge, and reply preferences. Drafts may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before use.

V1 does not provide unsupervised automatic sending. You remain responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, and consequences of every reply you choose to send.

Acceptable use

You may not use Preplyr to violate law, infringe rights, access mailboxes without authorization, distribute harmful content, interfere with the service, evade plan limits, or attempt to access another organization’s data.

Plans and billing

Plans may limit organizations, members, inboxes, monthly AI replies, and history. Current prices and included usage appear on the Pricing page. Billing terms, renewal timing, and cancellation behavior should be shown before a paid subscription is confirmed.

Service availability

Preplyr depends on third-party services such as email, authentication, database, AI, and billing providers. Features may be interrupted by maintenance, provider availability, connection expiry, rate limits, or security needs.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended when necessary to protect users or the service, respond to unlawful or abusive use, address nonpayment, or comply with legal obligations. Users may stop using Preplyr and request account or organization deletion through supported workflows.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service develops. Material updates should be accompanied by a revised date and any notice required by applicable law.
